Terms of Service

1. What we provide

StoryToSite turns your spoken requirements, documents and reference websites into an independently designed website. The annual website plan shown at purchase includes the items expressly stated on the pricing page. An optional storefront includes the stated storefront setup and payment-gateway integration service.

We may use third-party providers for domain registration, hosting infrastructure, email delivery, payments, analytics and other necessary operations. Their services may have separate terms, technical limits and acceptable-use rules.

2. Price, payment and renewal

StoryToSite does not charge AI credits, usage credits or undisclosed service fees. GST is extra where applicable and will be shown in the final total before payment.

The website plan is Rs. 5,000 per year, plus GST where applicable. The optional storefront is Rs. 5,000 setup plus Rs. 2,000 per year, plus GST where applicable. Renewal is not automatic unless you separately and expressly authorise it. If you do not renew before the applicable expiry date, domain, hosting, email and other service components may be suspended or expire after any required notice and provider grace period.

3. Cancellation and refunds

You may request cancellation by writing to support@storytosite.com. If no domain registration, hosting/email provisioning or custom design work has begun, we will refund the payment in full. Once work has begun, we will explain in writing which parts have been delivered and which non-recoverable third-party charges have been incurred, and refund any unused prepaid portion where applicable.

We do not impose a separate cancellation charge. If we cancel a paid service without your material breach, we will refund the unused prepaid portion. Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

4. Your material and reference websites

You retain ownership of your text, documents, photographs, logos and other material you provide. You give us a limited permission to use that material only to create, host, support and improve your StoryToSite project.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide the material and that it is lawful. You may show us competitor or reference websites to communicate structure, style or typography preferences. We use those references to understand your brief; we do not promise to reproduce their code, copyrighted material, trademarks, proprietary design or protected content.

5. Your responsibilities

You must provide accurate account, billing and contact information; review the content before publication; keep account credentials secure; and promptly tell us about errors or unauthorised use. You are responsible for the claims, offers, products, services, legal notices and content published on your website.

You must not use the service for unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, malware-related, spam or rights-violating activity. We may suspend or remove content where reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law or address a credible rights or security complaint.

6. Design, refinements and launch

"Unlimited refinements" means reasonable iterative changes to the agreed website design and supplied content during the active annual plan. It does not include a new website, new business identity, material new functionality, third-party licence fees, paid content, or work outside the agreed project scope. We will identify out-of-scope work before undertaking it.

You must approve the website before launch. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver a functional website, but do not guarantee a particular search ranking, visitor volume, sales result, availability of third-party services or uninterrupted operation of the internet.

7. Forms, chat and storefronts

If your website uses forms, web chat, analytics, a store or a payment gateway, you remain responsible for providing any notices, customer-service commitments, fulfilment, returns, product compliance and policies required for your business. Payment gateways and print or other fulfilment partners may require you to accept their terms directly.

Any complimentary partner benefit is available only when expressly advertised at the time of purchase, subject to the stated eligibility, standard specification and the partner's delivery terms. It has no cash value and may be withdrawn for future purchases if the partner arrangement ends.

8. Intellectual property

After full payment, you may use the final website design and deliverables created specifically for your project. StoryToSite retains ownership of its platform, tools, reusable code, methods, templates, pre-existing materials and improvements. Third-party software, fonts, images and services remain subject to their own licences.

9. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. If you provide personal data of other people, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.

10. Liability and disputes

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StoryToSite is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or loss-of-profit damages. Our total liability arising from a service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Courts in Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights.

11. Changes and contact
